Studies show that those most successful in achieving their nutrition-related goals, have met with a dietitian on a regular basis. We will set expectations at your first visit, and then check-in regularly. It is recommended to revisit these goals on a 2-4 week basis for best results. Follow-up visits are typically 45 minutes long, and can be scheduled based on your individual needs.
During follow-up sessions we will strategize ways to help promote long-term maintenance of your new healthy habits. We will discuss barriers and challenges, as well as your personal preferences and what works best with your individual schedule. Together we can make positive lifestyle changes that will have life-long benefits that withstand the test of time.
