Gabrielle Parilla Taylor MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Kona, HI providing virtual nutrition counseling to clients on Hawai'i Island and neighbor islands. 

Thank you for your interest in referring patients to us. All clients will be contacted and scheduled within 3 business days of receiving your referral.

For patients with Medicare as their primary insurance, the referral form must be signed by a MD or DO. 

Medicare will only cover medical nutrition therapy for patients with a diagnosis of Diabetes or Chronic Kidney Disease stages 3-5, non-dialysis.
